Defect details: When replacing coolant in a vehicle equipped with a semi-warm EGR coolant line, if a dedicated coolant injection tool is not used or a defective dedicated coolant injection tool is used, air may flow into the cooling system. Due to the characteristics of the replaced semi-warm EGR coolant line, the inflow air may not easily escape, which may reduce the engine's cooling function and cause the engine to overheat. If the symptoms are very serious, a local fire may occur in the engine room.
