Is the vehicle you are currently looking at actually for sale? - We take pictures of vehicles purchased directly at Encar's direct advertising support center and upload them to Encar. Accident and insurance history are transparently disclosed, and you can check them all through the performance inspection and insurance history buttons. - We are providing a compensation service for wasted steps. We promise that vehicles with a wastage compensation mark will not be sold until you arrive, and will match the advertised contents. To ensure that your efforts are not in vain, we process sold vehicles immediately through quick updates and only post items that are available for sale. - Vehicles with a fuss compensation mark will not be sold until the customer arrives, and we promise to match the advertised contents. (Model name/grade, mileage (about 500km), availability of options (navigation, sunroof), price, model year, performance inspection record) 2. Is compensation for used car repair costs possible? - We would like to inform you about automobile performance condition inspection liability insurance. To alleviate any concerns you may have about repair costs when purchasing a used car, we will inform you of the exact scope of the warranty when you visit our office. Only vehicles with a mileage of less than 200,000 km can sign up, and the warranty period is 30 days after vehicle purchase or within 2,000 km of mileage. Although it is not a warranty as good as a new car, we will do our best to ensure that you receive compensation within the scope of the automobile performance condition inspection liability insurance warranty. 3. Installment/card payment - Used car installments and credit card payments are available. If you visit our office to check out the vehicle and are satisfied with it, we will inform you of a small fee and assist you with installments and credit card payments. 4. Is it possible to replace the vehicle I currently own? - We are a company that sells vehicles that we purchase directly, so we can lend them to you. After discussing the price of the car, if you are satisfied, you can sell or purchase the car on the day of your visit.
