Defect details: If the supplier's heat treatment (hardening) process is insufficient, the hardness of the universal joint of the front axle propeller shaft is insufficient, or if the moving surface of the universal joint cross axis is damaged due to insufficient transport packaging during transportation of the part, the bearing of the front axle universal joint may be worn. As a result, if the clearance in the bearing increases and oil leakage occurs, the bearing may not operate properly, generating noise and vibration, and operation under such circumstances may occur.
