I am an individual
I brought it a year ago and rarely ride it, but these days I ride it once in a while.
I have a car I want to buy and am putting it on sale.
I can't see the record of the previous owner's maintenance history. I didn't see it with my own eyes anyway, so I don't think it has much meaning. It can be driven by mileage, so you can maintain it according to your preference.
