Is the vehicle I am currently looking at the actual one for sale? - We upload the vehicles we purchase directly to Encar through the Encar Direct Advertising Support Center after photographing them. We transparently disclose accident and insurance history, and you can check everything through the performance inspection and insurance history buttons. - We offer a 'Wrong Visit Compensation' service. Vehicles with the Wrong Visit Compensation mark will not be sold until you arrive, and we promise that they match the advertised content. To ensure your visit is not in vain, vehicles that have been sold are promptly updated, and only items available for sale are listed. - Vehicles with the Wrong Visit Compensation mark will not be sold until you arrive, and we promise that they match the advertised content. (Model name / grade, mileage (around 500 km), options (navigation, sunroof), price, year, performance inspection record) 2. Is compensation available for used car repair costs? - We provide guidance regarding the Automobile Performance Status Inspection Liability Insurance. To help ease your concerns about repair costs when purchasing a used car, we provide accurate information about the warranty coverage when you visit our office. Only vehicles with less than 200,000 km mileage are eligible, and the warranty period is within 30 days after purchase or 2,000 km of driving. While it is not as comprehensive as a new car warranty, we will do our best to ensure you are compensated within the coverage of the automobile performance inspection responsibility insurance. 3. Installment / Card Payment - Installments and card payments are available for used cars. After visiting our office and checking the vehicle, if you are satisfied, we will guide you through some of the fees and then assist with installment or card payment. 4. Is it possible to trade in my current vehicle? - We are a dealership that sells vehicles we purchase directly, so trade-ins are possible. After consulting about the vehicle’s value and if you are satisfied, you can sell and buy a vehicle on the same day of your visit.
