This is a Discovery 5 that I really cherished and drove carefully. It is a non-smoking vehicle, and comes with both car keys. It is a 2017 Discovery 5, and it has currently traveled 150,000 km. The vehicle was initially used as a company car, so if you look only at the number of ownership changes, it might appear a bit different. However, I became the second owner when it had about 90,000 km on it, and I have personally driven it for about three years since then. The previous owner also maintained the vehicle well, and I am the type to keep my cars very clean and well-maintained, so after I got it, I consistently took care of it without skimping on minor maintenance. In particular, I have entrusted it for ongoing minor maintenance at a garage in Hanam Masuri, which is well-known for Land Rover servicing. Since most of the vehicle history has been retained after I acquired it, I am uploading the maintenance records I have as photos as completely as possible. Please note that some records have been lost over time, so I am uploading them exactly as I have them. Those who have driven or researched Land Rovers would know that, as much as the Discovery has its own charm, it is a car where proper management is really important. When I acquired this car at 90,000 km, I test-drove several vehicles myself and chose the one whose engine condition felt the best. Since then, I have never had any engine-related issues while driving it. There was also the notorious issue of the Discovery, a leak problem at the front passenger side, above the windshield. Sometimes the upper rubber part melts due to using the front windshield heater, causing leaks, and my vehicle experienced this about a year ago, so the windshield leak was fixed neatly. I also replaced the three rear passenger-side regulators (wires). I meticulously changed the engine oil every 5,000–7,000 km, and not only the engine oil, but I also managed all other vehicle oils and consumables on time without missing their replacement schedule. Minor modifications include wheel painting, ambient lighting, step doors, and black parts wrapping. If you happen to be nearby after taking the car, I personally recommend continuing maintenance at Masuri Garage. This is a car that I have consistently maintained for three years, so it has a certain amount of vehicle history, and I believe they will take good care of it. I have really enjoyed driving it for three years. I have driven it with great satisfaction and without major issues, and I still have a lot of affection for the vehicle itself. Therefore, rather than simply listing it to get rid of it quickly, I am posting it to honestly inform the next owner as much as possible about how I have maintained it and to pass it on to a good person. Also, I would like to give one piece of advice to those who are buying a Land Rover for the first time. I really do not recommend buying a Land Rover that hasn’t been properly maintained just because it’s a bit cheaper. I’ve seen many cases around me where people bought a car cheaply and ended up spending more on maintenance costs than the vehicle itself. With Land Rovers, it’s especially important to check not just the price, but also how the previous owner maintained it, what the maintenance history is, and the current condition of the vehicle before purchasing. When I got mine at 90,000 km, I focused most on these aspects, and I’ve consistently maintained it over the past three years. I believe that even if it costs a little more, buying a well-maintained vehicle is ultimately the way to save money. I believe that once you see the car and drive it yourself, you will fully understand why I have been driving this car well for the past three years.
