Defect details: If the cleaning process to remove foreign substances generated during welding of the high-voltage battery pack is insufficient and foreign substances remain in the battery pack, depending on the size and location of the foreign substances, pressure may occur between the battery pack and foreign substances due to the expansion of the battery during charging. Recall due to the possibility that the high-voltage battery may short-circuit when charging more than 80% on the first charge, which may lead to a fire in rare cases.
