Defect details: Due to a software error in the steering wheel hands-off detection system, if the driver is not holding the steering wheel when using the driving assistance system, the hands-off detection system may not detect this and no warning message may be displayed to the driver, the vehicle may continue to drive in the event of a medical emergency (e.g. if the driver is unconscious), and active emergency device assistance functions may not function.
